Whiskey Barrel Syrah

This handcrafted Wine is the boldest, dry wine Infinity has produced so far. There are prominent notes of whiskey and a smokey-sweetness from using charred white oak. Batch number seven will be released to Infinity Club Members on August 6th and available to the public on August 31st.

To set this wine apart instead of using toasted white oak, which most wines are aged on, the Winemaker and Distiller aged Whiskey Barrel Syrah on charred white oak giving it a bolder, more smokey flavor.

Apple Pie Sangria

This Ready to Drink Cocktail is based on Infinity’s very popular fall sangria. This cocktail is in a Ready to Drink bottle meaning you don’t need anything additional to mix with it, just pour it over ice or in a mug heated up and enjoy. This sangria is handcrafted with Infinity’s semi-sweet white wine, Desire. This wine has been infused with natural apple, cinnamon, and maple flavors.  

The environmentally friendly plastic bottle with a screw cap makes this cocktail travel friendly, so take it out to the woods or enjoy it around a bonfire. This Ready to Drink Cocktail will be available to Infinity Club Members on August 6th and to the public on August 17th.
