Sales Manager

Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday 40-50 hours per week. Flexible scheduling. May be needed weekends and evenings for on-site and off-site events, as needed.

Salary: $30,000 base salary + monthly and quarterly sales commissions.

Benefits: Monthly wine/spirit stipend. Paid time off. Gas reimbursement and/or use of company vehicles for travel. Expense account.

Primary Duties:

  • Achieving goals for Tasting Lounge (Direct to Consumer), Wholesale/Retailers, and Online sales
  • Wholesalers as well as off-premise and on-premise retailer account leads, placements, invoicing, merchandising, support, and overall management and maintaining account relationships
  • Creation of successful sales campaigns and promotions while maintaining discount and allowance goals
  • Submission of pricing and related forms to wholesalers and retailers
  • Research and coordinate participation in appropriate off-site tasting events
  • Manage schedule for off-site events and retailer tastings (Demos)
  • Hire and train Demo Specialists team

Secondary Duties:

  • Wholesale deliveries, as needed
  • Professionally represent Infinity Beverages at events and/or tastings, as needed

Essential Skills, Traits, etc:

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication, writing, and computer skills
  • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets or Google Sheets
  • Business math comprehension
  • Growth mindset
  • Sales, distribution, retail, hospitality, or related experience/background with proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Self-motivated and independent with the ability to multi-task while staying extremely organized
  • Passion for the Wines & Spirits Industry with an eagerness to continually expand knowledge level of product line
  • Bartenders license or willingness to obtain
  • Driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to stand for extended amounts of time and lift a minimum of 30lbs repeatedly

Tasting Room Attendant

Hours: Part-time and full-time positions available. Rotating and flexible shifts. Additional hours available for special on-site and/or off-site events.

Salary: Base wage ($5-$8/hour) + tips + monthly wine/spirit stipend + commission based on performance (typically totaling $12-$20/hour). Full-time positions may offer additional benefits.

Primary Duties:

  • Eagerly educate customers on our distinctive product line and share company philosophy
  • Effectively promote and sell Infinity’s wines and spirits
  • Promote, offer, and enroll club memberships
  • Accurately pour samples of our wines and spirits as well as wine by the glass and specialty drinks
  • Provide guided tours
  • Restock and clean

Secondary Duties:

  • Professionally represent Infinity Beverages at events
  • Misc winery/distillery production tasks as needed

Demo Specialist

Hours: Part-time. Rotating and flexible shifts. Additional hours as needed for special on-site and/or off-site events.

Salary: $15.00/hour.

Benefits: Monthly wine/spirit stipend as well as bonuses based on performance. 

Primary Duties:

  • Eagerly educate customers on our distinctive product line and share company philosophy
  • Professionally represent Infinity Beverages at events and/or tastings
  • Effectively promote and sell Infinity’s wines and spirits
  • Maintain current business relationships at both on-site and off-site premises
  • Accurately pour samples of our wines and spirits
  • Retail merchandising

Secondary Duties:

  • Generate and communicate with management new business opportunities at both on-site and off-site premises
