Ginned Delight: Ginned Delight is a new experimental apricot wine infused with gin botanicals. | Sweet apricot wine, Tangy, resinous juniper, and fresh citrus notes complemented by slightly earthy-herbal violet and strawberry leaf.

Maple Whiskey: Maple Whiskey is an experimental spirit that returns every few years. This particular batch was aged for over 3 years in an American white oak barrel and is sweetened with a touch of the finest locally made maple syrup from Roth Sugar Bush. The whiskey character is still very prevalent, making this a truly delicious combination of flavors. | We only made a small batch, so be sure to stop in soon so you don’t miss out.

Pina Keylada: Pina Keylada is our newest experimental ready-to-drink cocktail that highlights flavors of coconut, pineapple, lime, coffee, and real Wisconsin cream, and is one of our best-selling cocktails on our Spring/Summer Menu. Now it’s in a bottle ready for you to just crack open, pour over some ice, and enjoy anywhere. | This will give you a taste of summer in this final stretch of winter months. | You can also shake this one over ice and serve it up if you want to be like our mixologists in the Tasting Lounge.
