Infinity handcrafted this wine using 100% Chardonnay aged on Sassafras Wood and infused with fresh Ginger Root. Sassafras Ginger has kicked up a notch this year with extra Ginger infusion. It has all the crisp flavors of Charddonary with a vivacious profile flavor from the Sassafras Wood and a nice Ginger spice at the end.
